Is GST included?
No. The monthly fee is ₹35,000 and GST is charged on top. The quarterly plan is ₹1,00,000 for 3 months, with onboarding waived.
Any revenue share or commission?
No. The fee is flat. If your revenue doubles, the fee stays the same — and if it falls, it still stays the same. No hidden percentage.
What is the onboarding fee for?
For the 15-day install — discovery, data migration, CRM and member app setup, SOPs and staff induction. It is waived on the quarterly plan.
What do the add-ons cost?
Hiring support is ₹10,000 + GST per hiring cycle (Delhi NCR). The other add-ons — trainer certification, performance marketing, interior, equipment upgrade and WhatsApp automation — are quoted by scope, and start only after your written approval.
What if it doesn't work?
