WTF started with one gym in 2021. Not a consulting firm — one floor, one P&L, and the same problems every independent owner faces.

Those problems came down to four: staff, sales, retention and marketing. We built a system for each, wrote it down, and ran it in our own gyms first — on the floor, not in a presentation.

When the system started repeating, we began taking it beyond our own gyms. Today 200+ partner gyms run on that system, and from 2022 to today the closure rate is 0%.

We built the software ourselves too — WTF Go, the same one our own gyms run on every day. Partner gyms get it included, with no licence fee.

A mature WTF gym does ₹8–9L/month. We share this number with every owner, because a target is not an adjective — it is a number.

India has 69,400 gyms and 86% of them are unorganised. Most of them don't need new software. They need a manager.
